Returns Information

We want you to be delighted each time you shop with us. We understand you occasionally may want to return your item(s) to us. 

Before you post anything back to us, please ensure you've requested a return by completing our online form.

Unwanted or wrong item ordered

You should contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to let us know you've changed your mind or ordered the wrong item. We'll issue you with a returns reference number, which you'll need to include when you return your order to us.

Please remember that the responsibility of the item is yours until we've successfully received the item. We always recommend using signed for delivery option, which offers tracking. 

Faulty or incorrect item received

Occasionally faulty items do occur, and we'll do our best to put it right straight away. If you receive a defective or an incorrect item, we'll offer you a replacement (this is at no cost to you). 

If you feel this is not satisfactory, we'll give you a full refund, and you'll be required to return the item to us. Faulty items should be returned to us within 30 days to allow a prompt refund.

Exchanges

We'll usually honour exchanges for new items within 30 days of contacting us. To efficiently manage stock levels, we recommend placing an order for your new item before you send the old item back. This ensures prompt delivery and speeds up the returns process.

Cancelled order

If you wish to cancel your order with us that hasn't already been dispatched with a full refund, you should contact us via email immediately.

Returns costs

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is faulty.

The really important bit

When returning your items to MAM UK for a full refund, exchange or replacement of a faulty item - it's important to include the reference number with your order. If we don't receive this information, it can slow the refunds process down.
